For the past few months, I've been working with Dennis Harrelson to purchase a house. From my very first phone conversation with Dennis, I knew there was something I liked about him.
It took several weeks before my fiancé and I were able to find a house we really loved. Dennis was there every step of the way during the search, during the offer, and during the process ever since. The courtesy and personal service he has provided to me in these past few months are above and beyond any I've ever received from any form of service provider. He has answered emails after business hours, accepted my calls on weekends, and has always kept me informed on what's going on with my application even if it's just to tell me that it's still "going through the process".
Today, we will be closing on the house of our dreams and I truly believe that Dennis is a HUGE part of making our dream a reality. I have been told by many people that buying a house is one of the most stressful situations a person can go through in their lives - but thanks to Dennis Harrelson, it's been one of the most exciting and rewarding experiences I've ever been through.
