Originally from Dumas, Arkansas, I grew up Pine Bluff, and ultimately graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville with a Degree in Finance and Banking. As a seasoned mortgage lender with 34 years of experience, I have accomplished all facets of the mortgage lending industry. I currently serve as Vice-President of Bank of England Mortgage in Little Rock, AR. Married for 32 years to my wife, Beth, we have two children, Katie Dudley and Chapman Cousins.

Chapman Cousins has recently joined me in the mortgage business to create a team approach to lending. In my spare time, I thoroughly enjoy playing golf, duck hunting, and fishing. My family and I are huge Razorback fans and rarely miss a chance to CALL THE HOGS. I am very proud of my four generations of Southeastern Arkansas heritage. It fits quite nicely with Bank of England Mortgage, a local lender since 1898!
