My name is Kenneth Thaxton III and I live in Newport, AR. I am a Senior Loan Officer for Bank of England Mortgage in the Newport Arkansas Branch. I am married to Amy Freeman Thaxton and we have three daughters age 5, 3, and 3. I have 11 years of experience in the mortgage industry and I have been with Bank of England for 10 years. In my youth, I achieved the honor of Eagle Scout in The Boys Scouts of America and Brotherhood Rank in The Order of the Arrow. I graduated from Newport High School in 1990. I then attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, AR from 1990 to 1994 where I was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. During my time in I served in the role of Social Charirman and Rush Chairman. When I am not helping people finance homes I enjoy hanging with family and friends. I love hunting and fishing and I consider myself an avid outdoorsman. I love to have fun and laugh and enjoy life. My favorite sports team is the Arkansas Razorbacks especially the football and basketball teams. I am involved with my local Ducks Unlimited and Delta Waterfowl Chapters. I really enjoy helping people achieve the American Dream of home ownership. To me it's very fulfilling to see the look on someone's face when they say "thank you" after they become a homeowner. I believe in treating people with respect and dignity and this always leads to future referrals. It's also a lot of fun to meet so many great people by offering them a service with true meaning and purpose.
